  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within India.

  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping across India. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your order value and location.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over ₹15,000.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
  • Delays: Delivery times may be extended during peak periods, such as sales events, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or logistical delays.

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Number: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your order.
  • Tracking Updates: You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Fasinoshoes is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Missed Delivery: If you are not available to receive your package, the courier service may attempt redelivery or leave a notice with instructions on how to collect your package. Please follow the courier’s instructions to avoid any delays.

6. Out-of-Stock Items

  • Partial Shipments: If only part of your order is in stock, we may ship the available items and notify you of the expected delivery date for the remaining items. No additional shipping charges will apply for the subsequent shipment.
