1. Return Eligibility

  • Condition: We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged footwear in their original packaging. All tags and labels must still be attached.
  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase. During sales periods, returns must be initiated within 14 days.
  • Receipt: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and the RA number. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • Refund: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to be credited after processing.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, items returned after the return period).

5. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will offer you a refund or store credit.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
